At Framlit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This refund policy outlines how refunds are handled for our subscription plans and credit purchases.
💳Subscription Plans
7-Day Free Trial
All paid plans (Pro and Team) include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged at all.
After Trial Period
- ✓Cancel anytime before your next billing cycle to avoid future charges
- ✓If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period
- ✓Full refund available within 14 days of initial subscription if you have not used more than 20% of your monthly credits
Partial Refunds
If you have used more than 20% of your monthly credits, we may offer a prorated refund based on your remaining unused credits. Contact our support team to discuss your specific situation.
🔋Credit Top-up Purchases
Credit top-up purchases are non-refundable once credits have been added to your account. However, we understand that mistakes happen:
- ✓If you accidentally purchased credits, contact us within 24 hours and we'll process a full refund (if credits are unused)
- ✓Technical issues preventing credit use will be resolved or refunded

⏱️Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are processed as follows:

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and financial institution.
⚠️Non-Refundable Cases
- ✕Subscription refund requests made more than 14 days after purchase
- ✕Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations
- ✕Credit top-ups where credits have already been used
- ✕Premium template purchases (one-time purchases are final)
